At Terra Nativa, we work with selected and hand-polished natural minerals, fossils, and cabochons.
Each piece is unique, so we strive to provide the greatest possible clarity before each purchase.
Unique and natural pieces
All our products are unique pieces crafted from natural materials.
Therefore, each cabochon may exhibit the following variations:
- Veins
- Inclusions
- Cavities
- Color variations
- Natural markings characteristic of the mineral
These characteristics are part of the authenticity of each piece and are not considered defects.
Photographs and color
We strive to showcase each piece as faithfully as possible through real photographs taken by Terra Nativa.
However, colors may vary slightly depending on:
- lightning
- display settings
- brightness or color temperature of the device
Exchanges and returns
Due to the unique nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

personal preferences,

natural variations of the mineral,

slight color differences,

perceived size,

changes of mind after purchase.
Damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives:

or you receive the wrong piece,
Contact us within the first 48 hours after delivery.

We will evaluate each case individually to offer a suitable solution.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:

It will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase,

Processing time may vary depending on the banking platform or payment processor.
Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping company, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
Unclaimed shipments or incorrect addresses
Terra Nativa is not responsible for:

incorrect addresses provided by the customer,

unclaimed packages,
-
delays caused by the parcel delivery.
If a package is returned, the customer will have to cover the cost of a new shipment.
