Returns and Refunds Policy

At Terra Nativa, we strive to offer minerals, fossils, and cabochons of the highest quality. Due to the unique nature of many of our products, we ask that you carefully review our returns and refunds policy.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused.

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Retain its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Include clear photographs of the product and packaging when the return is requested.

Products Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns due to:

  • Natural variations in color, pattern, inclusions, or shape inherent to minerals, fossils, and gemstones.

  • Color differences caused by the settings of screens or devices.

  • Damage caused by the buyer after delivery.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping or an incorrect item, you must notify us within the first 48 hours after delivery.

To process the claim, you will need to provide:

  • Photographs of the product.

  • Photographs of the packaging.

  • Order number.

Once the information has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the error is attributable to Terra Nativa or the damage occurred during shipping, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times will depend on the applicable financial institution.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was made by Terra Nativa.
